Dear KCA Parents/Guardians,
Re-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is now open! Attached is our 2026-2027 KCA Fee and Discount Schedule, which reflects an increase in tuition in accordance with the Strategic Plan that was adopted by your School Board during the 2024-2025 school year.
Effective immediately, KCA will be adopting a new re-enrollment process for the 2026-2027 school year and future school years – one which should make re-enrollment much simpler for existing students.
Our new “Continuous Enrollment” process requires no action on your part if you plan to re-enroll your student for the next school year. Instead, you (parents/guardians) will be required to notify the office by May 1st of the current school year only if you choose to disenroll your student. There will be a “Late Disenrollment Fee” charged if you notify the office after May 1st of the current school year, according to the “Late Disenrollment Fee” schedule shown in the attached 2026-2027 KCA Fee and Discount Schedule.
We have also removed the Enrollment Fee entirely, so current students will not be charged any fee to re-enroll. Students who are brand-new to KCA will still be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable “Application Fee” as shown in the attached 2026-2027 KCA Fee and Discount Schedule.
