KCA Admissions Forms

Thank you for taking the time to visit with us and allowing us to get better acquainted with your family.

If you have not yet visited with us, please schedule a visit.

Please click on the icon below to access the Admissions Forms that must be downloaded, completed, and submitted to finalize your enrollment application. These completed documents can either be uploaded in the “Attachments” section of our online enrollment form or emailed to office@kcasaints.net.

For All New Applicants

  • Request for School Records (if applicable)
  • Student Reference Form (if applicable)
  • Church Reference Letter OR Character Recommendation Form

For New Preschool Applicants

  • Preschool Child Medical Examination Report

If you are ready to enroll your student, simply click on the button below to begin the Online Enrollment Process.


Please note: current students must re-enroll via their parent account in Gradelink.


Some helpful hints as you apply:

  • The online application does not need to be completed at one time. You may upload necessary documents and complete as much information as you choose at a time.
  • You may enter and exit the application process at any time. The school can monitor your progress and answer questions you may have.
  • Once your completed online application, application fee, and student’s documents have been received, we will notify you regarding the approval of your student’s enrollment application.
  • KCA offers financial assistance. If you feel you may qualify, please contact the office for information about applying for financial aid.

NOTE: Completion of this application is for screening purposes. It does not ensure final enrollment, but provides information upon which a decision can be based. The final enrollment decision is made by the administration of Kingdom Christian Academy.
